Description
This rearing horse, assembled from rusted steel scrolls and cut-out arabesques, transforms industrial remnants into a poised emblem of vitality—muscle and mane suggested through negative space as much as through mass. The composition rises in a tight vertical surge, its lifted foreleg and arcing neck held in suspense, while the warm corrosion of the metal converses with the cool, weathered wall behind it. Light skims the edges and perforations, casting a doubled silhouette that reads like the animal’s echo—an afterimage of motion and memory.
