Description
A ring of attenuated, mask-like faces descends into the picture plane, their elongated arms curving inward like a ritual chorus, compressing the space around a small, dark vessel that reads as both offering and void. The stippled, stone-grain ground and dense, netted textures in the figures create a tactile hush, as if memory has been fossilized into pattern, while the limited palette of charcoal and earthy tones keeps emotion suspended between intimacy and unease.
