Artist Deepak Patil is born in Solapur (India). He spent his entire childhood in Solapur andat present is serving as the Principal of Appasaheb Kadadi Chitrakala Mahavidyalaya(Fine Art College) in Solapur.
He attended the renowned Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya in Pune where he earned his Fine Art education by being among the toppers. Throughout his career, he had many solo exhibitions and participated in group shows. He has won many awards in nationwide professional art exhibitions and competitions.
He has some awards to his credit namely the Prafulla Dahanukar Art Foundation, Mumbai Nokia Asia Pacific International Merit Certificate, Surbhi Kala RatnaPuraskar-Aurangabad, All India Hyderabad Art Society Award, All India LokmanyaTilakAward, LateG.N.Jadhav Award.
His work is a display of figurative portraits depicting women’s emotions engrossed during “Shringar†whilst she drapes, makes over in front of the mirror transforming herself into a beautiful woman.
