Painting gives me an opportunity to express my feelings and emotions most profoundly. It gives me the freedom of expression to out pour my thoughts directly on the white canvas. Every painting I do is a journey to me, a journey to search my inner soul. I have a strong inclination towards painting since my very childhood. In last few years a sudden thrust has happened to my painting. That is the search of my own signature. Still I am searching my signature in painting. It is a never ending process.My recent style of paintings reflects the essence of Bengal vintage pattachitra and Rajasthani art forms. I always try to portray some story in my painting. The story that everyone could relate.
