Amarnath Sharma

Born into a carpenter’s family in a small town, Amarnath Sharma completed his M.A.(fine) in painting from M.S. University, Baroda. Later, the artist migrated to Baroda and was inspired by his experiences of living in a small town and then the city. He represents the nature of city life comprising of huge buildings, flyovers as opposed to his life in the small town often reflecting a point of conflict in his works.
