As visual art practitioner my work dwells upon an area concerned with the ethnographic elements of population surrounding the area around Santiniketan, inhabited with villages of Santhal community, which I had a close proximity, my work involved in the visual representation of daily local happenings and situations observed in these social spaces. The formal element of drawing helps me to represent and make an expression of the world around us.
